All-round administrative employee


You are responsible of the telephone reception and you are as such the first contact for customers and suppliers. You manage the stock of the warehouse and place the necessary orders. You are responsible for the administrative support in the company (correspondence, put into the archives, etc.).


You are at least in the possession of bachelor’s degree and have preferably a certain working experience. You handle the most common computer programs and are ready to learn our internal ERP package. You are speaking fluently Dutch and French and the knowledge of English is a plus. You are customer-oriented and very communicative. You are working independently and you know the meaning of a deadline. You are living preferably in the region of Ghent – Landegem.
