An important activity took place in the last weeks at Lakkerij Vandereyt with the installation of the new production line. The powder warehouse has been first placed in the height in order to free the space for the chain system and the different cabins.

With the new production line, Lakkerij Vandereyt will be able to handle parts of 2000 x 2000 x 6000 mm with a total weight of 1000 kg. The new muffle furnace allows the efficient handling of thick-walled material.

Currently one is working further at the new blasting cabin for the mechanical pre-handling of parts, as the quality of the whole process is depending of this pre-handling. Our processes are Qualisteelcoat certified.
